Hasley is a geologist/ sedimentologist with over 22 years experience in the oil and gas sector working with multidisciplinary teams prospecting for oil and gas opportunities.  His specialty lies in basin descriptions, reservoir characterization and building oil and gas portfolios through the application of modern geological, geophysical and analytical techniques.  He is a primary consultant at Basins Consulting.

Wendy is a Director of Basins Consulting Ltd. She is a petroleum engineer with over 24 years experience in the oil & gas sector, serving in the fields of petrophysics, data acquisition, pore pressure prediction and detection and well bore stability. She is enthusiastic about the Green Agenda, in particular the opportunities available to harness solar energy to reduce power demands at the domestic and national levels. 

Dennison is a database administrator with over 15 years experience in designing, administering and maintaining databases for private and public sector initiatives including land management, property rentals, property valuation, education, healthcare, finance and human resources. He is passionate about the creation of IT solutions to meet diverse business needs and the provision of data- support to facilitate the decision-making process.

Vishal Nagassar, Technical Director

Vishal has over 22 years of global subsurface experience across the upstream value chain and brings a strong blend of technical, commercial, portfolio strategy and external stakeholder relationship management skills with a technical background in geophysics.  Key strengths are seismic interpretation, prospect evaluation, volumetric evaluations and operational support to drilling operations.  He has led multiple towed streamer and ocean bottom seismic acquisition and imaging projects and leverages strong technical work to inform key business decisions.   He has led multidisciplinary technical teams at BP, Centrica and BHP across E&A, production, projects, new ventures, unitization and divestments and is a strong advocate for people development, coaching and leadership.
